We have fully embraced CAD-CAM and 3-D modeling and through their integration we have streamlined the design to machining process into one operation saving time and money. Our valves are typically machined on CNC lathes Our manifolds are typically machined on either a 4 axis or 5 axis CNC machining center. Customers with specific design requirements can easily send us a 3-D Part file, usually STEP, IGES, or any Soildworks compatible file and we can translate their model into our specific machine language as needed. |
